😱😱 so folks, for the next few days you won’t see any progress photos 😱😱😱😱 as we are not at work 😱😱😱😱😂😂 the wee chap aka Mark as part of his ongoing fund raising efforts, will be running the Millau 100km ultramarathon ❤️❤️❤️ with my great friend Graham Gillespie 💚❤️ so we are over in France at the moment 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷 I will be the support 😂😂 I’m cycling 😂😂😂😂 the run starts Saturday morning ❤️❤️ I’ll keep you updated with their progress ❤️❤️
